Returns Policy

Items that are lost in the mail:

  • For media mail shipped to the United States:
    • We pay for a confirmation number for all shipments. USPS requires us to wait 21 business days after we've shipped the package to confirm that it has been lost. After this period, if the item cannot be found, we will offer a replacement of the same title, or if the title is no longer in stock, a replacement of another title of equal value.
  • For mail shipped overseas:
    • USPS requires us to wait 8 weeks after we have shipped the package to confirm that it has been lost. After this period, if the item cannot be found, we will offer a replacement of the same title, or if the title is no longer in stock, a replacement of another title of equal value.
  • Priority Mail:
    • USPS requires 5 business days to track the package. After this period, if the item cannot be found, we will offer a replacement of the same title, or if the title is no longer in stock, a replacement of another title of equal value.

Mistakes made on your order:

You get to choose any one of the following:

  • Select another item of equal or lesser value. We cover the cost of the item and the shipping.
  • Keep the item, we will credit back a 50% discount for the error
  • Return the item for a full refund. We will send out return shipping labels for this option.

Other Returns:

In this case, you can pay to ship it back to us for a full refund. We will refund the cost of the item, but not the cost of the shipping.
